Yesterday was busy at work as usual. It’s been hell ever since Wil moved to GCI. Then, of course, right after that, the WP was also busy. If only there was a way to make Fridays less busy at the office. Maybe I could build some kind of hypnotism device that would make everybody forget that I work there just for Fridays. Then again, if I could do that, I’d be rich or something and wouldn’t have to work at all. That would be too boring, though. I need work to keep myself busy and off the TV. Although I have tons of hobbies, it seems that I’m too lazy to do them unless I have a job to keep me away from everything. Strange how that works.
Unfortunately, two jobs like this are a bit too busy for my tastes!
I just got in my Roswell DVD box sets. I have yet to sit down and watch them. Maybe tomorrow. I wanted to play some PS3 today, but I think it might not be possible. I still have to fix Doug’s PC, which didn’t get finished last weekend. Oh, well. Who else has watched Roswell? I love this show. I’m currently on Season 2 – I watched Season 1 when I borrowed the DVDs from Dave and Marina two months ago. I found all the box sets for $20 each at FutureShop. I ain’t paying $50 for each box set. Suckers!!!
In the world of music, the latest Atreyu CD, Lead Sails Paper Anchor is frakking awesome, and that’s my professional opinion (though I’m no professional, but you get what I mean). They changed their sound, but who cares? Their melodies, vocals, and shredding guitar work is still amazing, and a bit more mature this time around. I’m listening to it right now. I recommend the single, Becoming The Bull, as well as Honor, When Two Are One, No One Cares, and especially Blow. Blow reminds me of Motley Crue for some strange reason.
Hey, guess what’s coming out on DVD next month? Spider-Man 3? Yes, but nobody cares about that (at least, I don’t). Transformers is out! Go get it on October 16th, available on DVD, Special Edition DVD, and HD DVD!
