We respect your data privacy when it comes to backing up your data. Waivers are to be signed by both parties before the work is started for protection. Yawhann Chong agrees to never sell or share your data in any way, shape, or form.
While we may require your credentials and passwords for repair purposes only, you will never have to worry about this sensitive information being revealed to any third-party that is not professionally associated with Hann’s Computer Repair. If you value the highest level of privacy, you are highly advised to change your passwords after all repairs are completed. Waivers will be signed by both parties prior to starting work on your system(s)/device(s).
As the customer, you have the choice of choosing to purchase parts & components from either Hann’s Computer Repair or from local retail outlets. Purchasing is provided as a service, and as such, pickup/delivery/mark-up charges may apply.
Hann’s Computer Repair does not condone software piracy. If you do not own it, it will not be installed.
P2P/file sharing applications are supported for installation/configuration on request only, but Hann’s Computer Repair will not be held responsible for any resulting legal ramification(s) to you.
