I took a piece of lightly breaded chicken breast my mom made last week and covered it in some chili I made on the weekend. The veggies (broccoli, asparagus, carrots, Brussels sprouts, spinach, red peppers, and green/yellow beans) were steamed and I tossed them with spicy southwest chipotle sauce I had sitting in the fridge.
